We had a small leak in our softener installation, Vadim not only suggested the right fix but also did the bypass work for same cost of some of the big plumbing companies quoted us to just fix the leak. His work is very professional, and cost is reasonable too.

Vadim installed my whole house water filtration system, my Reverse Osmosis system, and changed my shower head. Through all of this, he was incredibly professional, punctual, beyond thorough, detail oriented, and just did an amazing job overall. I am so impressed with how he went above and beyond to think through how I would use this system and issues that may arise and installed it accounting for that. Vadim also spent extra time educating me on how to use the system and ensured I was completely comfortable before leaving. He overall came multiple times, purchased missing parts, and did everything possible to result in a high quality plumbing installation. The level of service was unparalleled. I would recommend Vadim with flying colors to anyone that needs quality plumbing work done.

Had a great experience hiring Vadim. He replaced two bathroom faucets and did a wonderful job. It was easy to schedule and coordinate, and his rates were very reasonable. I contacted Vadim after the previous plumber was unable to finish the job (after encountering that the hole for the drain in the stone —we were replacing vessel sinks—was too small for the new drains). Vadim said he could make the hole larger and also instal the sinks, we are happy we hired Vadim and we wish we had done it before the previous plumber. Vadim was punctual, respectful and careful, very clean and cared about details, he also thoroughly check that everything was working smoothly and there were no leaks. I especially liked that he asked which color of caulking we prefered instead of assuming, we highly care about details and design so it was nice to see we were on the same page, which is not that common. We'll definitely call Vadim back!

Super responsive, arrived on time and was done in a little more than an hour. Price was very reasonable and the best I received from 3 different pros! He was well organized, very clean and made sure the work areas were left cleaned and dry! Would definitely hire again!

Wonderful experience! Vadzim responded to my Thumbtack request within 15 minutes. Scheduling was easy and he was available at 9 am the day after we made initial contact. He showed up exactly at 9 and was finished in 2 hours. Communication was great at every step and he identified and fixed a leaky gasket that I didn't even know was broken. I can already see an improvement. He was here to replace a kitchen faucet for me. Unfortunately the previous owner of my condo did shoddy work that wasn't uncovered until Vadzim removed the old faucet. We were missing a part but Vadzim went to Home Depot right on the spot and grabbed it. Even with the roundtrip to the store he was in and out in exactly 2 hours. He also gave me some education about my hot water heater and the shut off valves located around my property. Quality of work is perfect and he wore shoe covers everytime he stepped inside. If I could give 6 stars I would. Highly recommend to anyone.

Great plumbing professional. He explained clearly what needed to be done and was very thorough and walked me through all the details of his work. I had him repair a leaking bathtub and the space is very tight with a 16” overflow. We did a water test together. I really appreciate his honesty and thoroughness. Would recommend him!

I am amazed with VFPro work, they came at our property to install walking closet for a whole full size rooms. It took almost 10+ hours for the full setup and I was happy with their professionalism and perfection of work. Attached are the digital images and the work they have completed. I would strongly recommend them for any project.

Vadim is the absolute best! I had a very complicated shelving system (non-ikea) that required a lot of reading and figuring out what to do. He spent the time reading through 3 booklets and neatly arranged all the pieces - some 26 boxes with various pieces all mixed up, mind you . He even noticed that some pieces were off size so that I could order replacement. He advised on buying rubber feet to keep the wood damage free and bought some on his own. He noticed I have small kids and did extra due diligence and put in more screws to make sure the system doesn’t tip over. He was very professional, punctual and polite. He neatly laid out his own mat before starting the work and left the place cleaner that he found it. 10/10 would recommend!!!
